REDUCE STOMACH FAT WITH RESISTANCE BANDS

 

here's one resistance band exercise that will reduce stomach fat. Drop that stupid ab workout at the gym. It's really not going to build a strong midsection! In fact, it's a complete waste of your time. Sure it may help a Little, but for the amount of time you spend doing exercises like situps, crunches, treadmill running... it's really not time efficient for getting a flat sexy stomach. If you really want sexy abs, then read up on the one ab exercise below that flat out works.

Resistance band mountain climbers - will reduce your stomach fat FAST

To do this exercise properly, you must find a secure immovable object where you can use it to wrap
the band around. Once you've wrapped the band around a secure object, you're now ready for the next step. Which is to secure the band around your waist and then get into the pushup position...on your hands and toes.

While in a pushup position, shoot up one of your legs towards your chest as quick as you can. Continue to shoot one leg to your chest, while the other stays back in the start position. Next, the one leg that's near your chest goes back to the starting position, while the other quickly shoots towards your chest.

Keep alternating between left and right leg. This exercise is extremely intense, so if you're beginner don't do more than 2 minutes. The movement is as though you're running in a pushup position. Remember this to help you... when you shoot one leg toward your chest. that's all you really need to remember. Make sure you do this exercise as fast as you can for really quick results. Do 4 sets of 8-10 reps and rest for 60 seconds between each set.
