Fat Burning Workouts
Total body Fat Burning Workouts is easily one of the most under-utilized and misinterpreted technique in fitness when it comes to fat loss. Some people believe that to get a great fat burning workout, one should do long, slow cardio sessions, or really high repetitions with a pair of light dumbbells. Seriously, if you're doing mind-numbing cardio and doing insanely high repititions for fat loss and ab development, then you're going to be terribly disappointed.
Spending hours doing cardio is NOT the best technique to lose fat. In fact, long, slow cardio is probably the least effective system for fat loss. If you don't believe me, try sneaking into your local gym and find someone who does an hour of cardio every single day. Now follow this person's progress for let's say an entire year. After that year see if she/he even lose a pound. How do I know this, well, I was that person for about 3 years. Didn't lose a single pound after 3 years of doing strictly cardio.
Recent study shows that men and women don't lose much weight when they do an hour of cardio everyday. In fact, they found out that people lose an average of 6 measily pounds a year when cardio is done 7 times a week for a whole year. I don't know about you, but that's not a good fat burning workout.
The fact of the matter is the only thing that happens when you spend hours upon hours at the gym doing cardio is wasted time. That's time you can't get back. Image if i could get back the 3 years of wasted time that I spent at the gym doing ineffective workouts. But unfortunately I can't get that time back, it's forever gone.

Well, before I go on and tell you what's better for fat loss, you must stop believing the myth that longer fat burning workouts are some how superior. Take it from someone whose been there and done that. It doesn't work. The reality is, you don't need to be in the gym no more than 30 minutes or less to get a great fat burning workout.
Honestly 30 minutes or less, three times a week is all you'll need to burn some serious fat if you're following a proper fat loss program. That's it, that's all you need to do to lose fat. Now here's what you need to do to cut your workout time in half and still burn fat.
You'll need to do total body workouts, instead of the single isolated exercises you're used too. Trust me, total body workouts are far superior than cranking out a 100 sit ups and crunches for ab development.
The best total body fat burning workout starts with 5-10 minute warm up. followed by a great fat shedding circuit program with a pair of exercise bands. If you don't own a pair of resistance bands then you can do bodyweight exercises. You'll end every workout with high intensity intervals with resistance bands or bodyweight training. That's all you need to do.
After 2 months, I guarantee that you'll lose fat and see a dramatic improvement in your abs.
