Ideal Fat Burning Workouts For Women
Okay, if you think doing endless cardio sessions for 90 minutes, followed by 30 minutes of ab exercise is a good fat burning workout for women, than think again. That's not the best form of losing fat for women. Instead here's one exercise that is good for toning, building sexy legs, thighs, and buns:

My recommendation may sound a little strange to you, since many weight loss magazines, and so called fitness experts all say long cardio sessions are best for fat loss. Don't believe it. In fact, 3 short workouts a week, 45 minutes or less is enough to burn some serious fat if you know what you're doing.
It's really strange to me that many people would crank out 90 minutes on the treadmill day after day, even though it's not working for them. However If you incorporate high intensity intervals with a pair of resistance bands, you'll lose inches in your hips, legs and waist within weeks of doing it. To be quite honest with you, high intensity intervals will get you better, and faster results than doing long cardio sessions. Did I mention that with high intensity interval workouts, you'll cut your workout time in half. A recent research compared long cardio workouts to high intensity interval training exercises. The result indicated that 20 minutes of interval workouts burns more fat than 40 minutes of long cardio workouts.
In the end, if you want to improve your waistline, and burn stubborn fat, start doing high intensity intervals with resistance bands. you can get a pair of bands at walmart for 15 bucks. Remember all you need to do is train with the bands for only 45 minutes or less, 3 times a week to get a great fat burning workout.
